Data controller
The data controller is the company operating this website, whose details are shown at the top of this page. Any privacy question can be sent to the email address shown there.
What data we process and why
- Visits to the website. When you visit the website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested in server logs. This data is used to deliver the website and protect it against errors and misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
- Contact. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we use your details (name, contact details and the content of your message) to reply and handle your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps.
- This website uses no forms, no analytics tools and no cookies to track visitors.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider and then deleted automatically. Contact details are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and then for the periods required by law.
Recipients and providers
We do not share data with others unless required by law. To operate, the website uses the following providers, acting as data processors:
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting), USA.
- GitHub, Inc. (storage of the website content), USA.
Transfers to these providers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy also applies.
Cookies and third-party content
This website sets no cookies. If you pause the video on the home page, that choice is saved in your browser (local storage) so the video stays paused next time. Nothing else is stored on your device.
YouTube videos and Instagram or TikTok posts are not loaded until you click on them. At that point, data such as your IP address is sent to the service concerned (Google, Meta or TikTok), which may also set its own cookies. That processing is governed by the service's own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure and restriction of your personal data, object to its processing and ask for data portability. Send your request to the email address shown. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Translation provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy the Swedish version prevails.
